Red Miso Hummus
Ingredients:
- 400g (1 can) organic chick peas drained
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 2 tablespoons oil of your choice eg olive, macadamia, hemp etc
- ¼ cup red miso
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
- 2-3 tablespoons of water to adjust texture to preference
- avocado and extra herbs to decorate finished product
Recipe:
- Place all ingredients (except chopped coriander) into a food processor and process until smooth
- Adjust texture by addition of a little water until achieve the desired consistency
- Stir in the coriander
- Place in serving bowl and top with chopped coriander and avocado and drizzle with oil
